If you have registered before but you cannot remember your password, you can click the “Forgot Password” button on the login page after writing down your email address that you have registered with. Then an email will be sent including details to reset your password. You can also find “Change Password” tab under “My Account” page to update your password.

Shopping Cart, Orders and Delivery

After adding the product/s that you want to your shopping cart, you will be directed by Lidyana.com. You can choose to “Complete Order” through the “My Cart” button, then you can type the delivery and billing information and complete your order by choosing one of the payment options.

To use your discount coupon, first add the products that you want to buy to your shopping bag, then you can enter your coupon code to the “Coupon Code” section on your shopping bag, then click the “Use” button. You can only use one coupon code per one order and you cannot combine one discount coupon with other coupons.

Lidyana.com accepts all types of credit cars (VISA, MasterCard, American Express), pay at the door with cash or credit card and Money Transfer/EFT.

To make your shopping experience easier, the items in your shopping bag are reserved unless you delete them or unless they are out of stock. For every Lidyana.com member to have equality, the items in the shopping cart are not reserved. There is a possibility that the items could become out of stock since the items are not reserved.

Each order is shipped separately. Because of this, orders cannot be combined.

Yes, Lidyana.com ships worldwide. Shipping costs of international shipping depend on the countries to where the order is delivered. You can see the total cost of shipping after typing in your delivery address during checkout. Duties and taxes may vary between countries and the customer is responsible for the payment of extra costs charged by customs service. Orders within Turkey are shipped with the shipment service chosen on checkout under insurance.

Shipments to outside of Turkey are shipped with DHL.

In-stock (Same day shipping) products are shipped within the same day when the order is placed before 3 PM on weekdays and delivered within a few days depending on your location. Other products which are not in stock are delivered to Lidyana.com in 2 to 10 business days and packed after the arrival and shipped. No shipments are made on Sundays. Your order is shipped within days stated on the product page found under the price. The shipment is made on the when the product with the furthest shipment time is delivered to Lidyana.com. Orders made on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays could be shipped next day if the order is eligible for same day shipping. You can check the status of your order at "My Orders" page, and track your order using the link provided on the email that is sent to you after the shipment is made.

Inside Turkey:

A shipping cost of $3.60 is added to your orders under $85.00. For orders equal to or over $85.00, there is no shipping fee. However, a service fee of $5.50 is paid for "Pay at the door" orders.

For return and refund requests, the shipping cost will be covered by Lidyana.com if the order is sent back within 15 days with the shipment company that the order was delivered with.

Outside Turkey:

Shipping costs depend on countries. You could check the "Worldwide Shipping" page for further information: http://en.lidyana.com/static/worldwide_shipping

You can check the latest status of your order on the “My Order Details” page under “My Account”. When the package is given to the delivery employee from our warehouse, you can track your order by clicking “Track Your Order”. You will also receive an email when the package is given to the delivery employee in order to be able to track the order.

If the order is placed without logging in, you have to start your membership to track the order. To start your membership and to be able to track your order, you can request a new password using the link "Forgot My Password" and log in.

You should check the package if it has any damage or problem with it. The delivery employee will help you in case of any problem or any damage to the package. In cases like this, you should not take the package and you should ask delivery personnel to write a report. That report will help you during the process of a product exchange or a refund.

If the order has arrived and you could not be found at the delivery address, the package is delivered to the nearest Yurtiçi Kargo office inside Turkey and the nearest DHL office outside of Turkey. You are informed about the situation with a note and you have to pick up your package within 3 days; otherwise the package is sent back to Lidyana.com. You can demand your order to be resent within 2 business days. In that case, the shipping cost of the new shipment is paid by the customer and the order is shipped then.

  • The gift card will be sent to the email address you have typed on the page of purchase.
  • Gift card could not be combined with coupon codes and other codes.
  • In the situation of the return/refund of orders that are placed using a gift card, only the amount that is paid excluding the gift card will be refunded and the gift card will be reactivated.
  • A gift card could not be divided to use in several orders.
  • A gift card is valid after the approval of the buyer of the gift card and is valid for 1 year.
  • The same gift card could only be used on a single order.
  • A gift card could only be refunded by the buyer of the gift card within 14 days using the right of withdrawal.
  • If the gift card is bought and sent as a gift; the gift card should not have been used in order to be refundable using the right of withdrawal.
  • The gift card could be used by the buyer and Lidyana.com could not be held responsible if the gift card is used by a 3rd person.
  • If the gift card is worth more than the order, the amount remaining between the order and the gift card could not be refunded or requested in any way.
  • A discount is applied to you order equal to the amount of the gift card you have purchased.
  • A gift card bought on Lidyana.com is to be used with orders made only on Lidyana.com.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges of Orders

The refund is made with the same payment method of the order when an order is cancelled or returned within 7 to 10 business days after the returned products are received.

Refund of orders via credit card is made to the card that was used within 1 to 7 business days. If the payment is done in installments, the refund is also made in installments.

Refund of orders via money transfer/EFT or to be paid at the door are made after the account information that belongs to the customer is received and via money transfer/EFT within 1 to 7 business days.

Used coupons will not be activated again after the refund of the order.

Products like watches and bags are warranted by the importing or producing company and the warranty times differ between products. The relevant information is in the detailed pages of the products. It is warranted to fix custom products within conditions that the suppliers agree with if they have a defect and shipped back in 30 days.

You should return the product to the following address within 15 days according to the following instructions.

-You should send your product back to us with all the invoices together and the product should not be used or should not be damaged, with all the accessories. You can return your order free of charge with the shipment company that your order was delivered with. Returns and exchanges without invoices will not be accepted. Please do not forget to specify our agency code to the shipment company personnel for orders inside Turkey.

-After you send the products you want to return, your tracking number of the returned product(s) may be requested if needed. You should keep your tracking number not to experience any problems.

Orders under $85.00 are not eligible for free shipping inside Turkey. If you want to return a product, the product price will be refunded but the shipping cost will not be refunded.

For your request of refund to be accepted, the package of the products should be undamaged and unused. Cosmetic and personal care products should be in their original packaging and in an undamaged, unused, and unopened condition.

Your refund request will be invalid if the following conditions occur. If the products,

  • are prepared personally for special days like New Year's, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day,
  • are customized for your order,
  • have gone through some changes, which are now different than the presented product (i.e, a ring produced in a size different than what is shown on website),
  • are damaged (dropped, flopped, etc.) because of customer usage,
  • are cosmetics and personal care products with opened packaging,
  • are copiable (VCD, DVD..etc) or single use products; all technologic products like earphones, mobile devices, phones, tablet cases, etc.
  • You should send your refund together with the invoices, the original packaging, the original box and with tags on the products with all the documents and the accessories. The product should not be damaged to be able to be accepted for a return.
  • Please do not tape a shipping label or use a tape on the original packaging of the product, otherwise the products will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Products that are in touch with skin directly (underwear, swimwear without protecting pads, earphones, pillow, etc.), cosmetics and personal care products are not eligible for refund.

The order should be returned within 15 days of delivery in order to receive a refund.

If the product is sent to Lidyana.com within the refund period, exchange will be made after the products are received and checked. In the case that the products are not in stock of the suppliers, your order will be cancelled and you will receive a refund.

You can send us the product(s) within 15 days of delivery. Exchange is limited to change of size.

You should send your product that you want to change back to Lidyana.com with all the invoices and accessories together and the product should not be used or should not be damaged. You can return your order if the shipment is made within Turkey free of charge using the shipment company that your order was delivered to you with. Returns and exchanges without invoices will not be accepted. Please do not forget to specify our agency code to the shipment company personnel for orders inside Turkey.
